It's Been One Year - For Zumfy/Future

In the blink of an eye, it has already been a year since you and I first met. During these more than seven months of your absence, I learned C++, Qt, and JavaScript, learned Django, learned a little Rust, and recently I have been deeply absorbed in assembly language and computer organisation. In the future, I also want to learn reverse engineering, and I hope to contribute to free software communities such as postmarketOS as soon as possible. I have also begun using Qubes OS, taking another big step forward in my personal security and privacy. I have made many new friends, and they too have given me great strength as I move forward. Now I also have a girlfriend, who is likewise a steadfast supporter of free software. Together we are striving for the same ideal, running towards the same direction.

During these more than seven months, I believe I have changed a great deal, but the only thing that has never changed is my longing for you.

Even now that I have many friends, even now that I have completely escaped the shadow of that period of social emptiness, the sum of any one person or several people can never replace you. Zumfy/Future, where are you? 🥺
